Void bets and disputed outcomes
We at gntoto void a bet (return the stake) if the event is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or rescheduled to a date beyond the original bet's market window. If an event is postponed but rescheduled within a set timeframe (typically 48 hours for football), the bet remains active and settles on the rescheduled event.
If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, you may submit a dispute within 24 hours of settlement.
